I use the app more than I use the website. I dont need any more information than necessary. The app covers me in that regard. Convenience and simplicity. Excellent.

Very disappointed. Charts arent just bad, they arent even accurate. You look at an intraday and can see the day high but then look at a week chart and the high isnt even there. Just complete garbage. I will ultimately be pulling out my money and day trading elsewhere.

Better up your game if you want to stay relevant. Use fidelity app as an example if you are short on ideas. It wont be long before I move all my portfolio to fidelity.

The new charting tools are AWESOME!!! Volume weighted moving averages and Heikin-Ashi candles?? On MOBILE?? Bam!!! Scalable charts, MACD, and much more. Daaaaaaamn!! This new mobile platform rocks! Keep up the good work.

Alerts lose all formatting and functionality. Couldnt figure out how to accept stock grant. Couldnt figure out how to use help to find out how to accept stick grants. All in all not a good FTU experience. Seems like a first time use case that should be easy. Trust me, its not.

6s plus, cant get passed tutorial on chart cross hairs. The X in the upper right hand corner is not touchable. Please fix asap!

Does not show critical information like date stock was bought and a amount paid for each lot. Basically shows same daily info as all other similar apps. I cannot use this to buy and sell stock without logging in on a computer to check information first. A piece of paper is more useful than this.

Chart is almost impossible to read, its clunky, and does not respond well. I liked the chart you guys used before the update this one is horrible, guess its time to find a new trading platform, hope you guys go back to the original soon then Ill come back.

It used to be good but now the portfolio shows incorrect data all the time. I cant trust it anymore. Constantly have to log in even though it saves my login info

Not impressed by this update at all...

Some of the settings get toggled off after the app is updated. Real time streaming, use Touch ID, and keep me logged in, have all been off at one point after the app was updated. Just make sure you watch your settings in case something gets switched off.

The new charts are just terrible and cheap. Not like.

On iPhone 6, when you first launch this new version of the app, there is the "New Advanced Charts" images that show up. You literally CANNOT close this because when you tap the X to close, it activates the system drop down instead. App is unusable! Where on earth is the QA?! I can understand small bugs, but holy crap guys, I cant even use the app! This should have been discovered after 5 seconds of QA!

Been using etrade for about 6 months now and this new update is seriously horrible. You guys are just making the app worse and worse. Its like you guys purposely want no one to use this thing. You cannot be successful in trading while using this app, the charts are horrible and even though I have etrade pro it doesnt even let me on level 2 half the time and when it does it just shows me ARCA. TDameritade has a much better mobile platform and a free live charting software unlike etrade pro. You guys seriously need to step it up.

The previous app functioned fine. The graphs werent anything to brag about but the app worked. This update is awful. Not only do I have to log in every time I jump out of the app, despite going through every avenue I can think of to try to get the app to remember me, but the performance is terrible. Sometimes its impossible to get pre market data and the new graphs only work when they want to. If I could delete the update I would. Change back! Stop wasting my time!

Unable to get past new splash screen about advanced charting. Ridiculous.

So, not only is the app as horrible as everyone on here says, but the company does a fine job at collecting your money, and making you work to get it back. They took money I approved from my previously "verified" checking account with ease, but a year later, when I sold my shares, it took over two weeks to get the money back in my bank account. First off, once you sell the shares, you have 3-4 days of the money just sitting there, unusable. So once I finally have the ability to transfer it, they claim I have to verify my bank account. Again. This process works by them taking 9-12 days to put a small amount of money in your account and remove it (though they claim it is a 2-3 day process). Then you have to find that transfer and verify that you want to put back the money in the exact same account that they took it from originally. Meanwhile, while they slow down this process with all the ridiculous red tape, they are probably using your money as an investment themselves. Also, they charge you $10 for every trade you buy. Dont get duped like me; find a site that actually supports you and doesnt gouge you for every trade you make.

This is a great app! But, briefing.com is not working now with IOS 10. Thanks for a great app.

The app and its usability had really improved a lot with the more recent updates. Very happy with it.

Horrible app full of functional and usability issues: - sloooooow performance with latency that can delay trades - account data isnt accurate - some days, the Trade functionality doesnt even render - regularly errors out, prompting a service message to try again later Im actually in the process of closing out and transferring my ETrade accounts over this app. Its 2016, and mobile tools are no longer a nice to have option.
